Where and when is the ICADEIS 2025 Conference?
The Conference is held in 3 – 4 February 2025, in Bandung, Indonesia.
How will I present my paper?
Oral Presenters
Oral presenters will be given 10 minutes to present their work and an additional 5 minutes for Q&A, for a total of 15 minutes. Presenters will have to share your own screen and advance your own slides. Presentations will be done on Zoom Webinar/Venue Auditorium.
Can more than one person present with me?
Due to the limited amount of camera space, we are asking that only one author present during the oral presentations unless they are in the same physical space and can share a camera. We encourage other authors to be engaged in the chat and available to answer any questions. Your abstract submission required you to select one presenter and that person is who will be displayed as the presenter on the program.
Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
Attendance certificates are available after the conference and will be sent by email.
Can I present in some other language or does the presentation have to be in English?
No, the official language of the conference is English and all papers and presentations should be in English.
Can i bring a guest to the conference sessions?
Conference sessions are limited to registered attendees only.
