Important Information

After you have registered and paid in full for the conference, please follow the instructions below to prepare your final paper and upload it. As a reminder, one (1) registration can be used to upload up to three (3) final papers on which you are an author.

PLEASE NOTE: A REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION CODE CAN BE ASSOCIATED ONLY TO PAPER(S) IN WHICH THE REGISTRANT IS AN AUTHOR OR CO-AUTHOR. VIOLATION OF THIS RULE, SUCH AS ASSOCIATING A REGISTRATION CODE WITH A PAPER NOT AUTHORED BY THE REGISTRANT, IS CONSIDERED A SERIOUS OFFENSE.

The Conference Proceedings will be included in IEEE Xplore Publications. All authors who have been accepted must register for the conference and attend the conference to present their papers. Authors who do not attend the conference to present their papers, or arrange for a co-author or knowledgeable colleague to present their paper in the absence of the primary author, will not have their paper published in IEEE Xplore, per IEEE policy, with the following exception: Those authors that will not be allowed to travel to the conference due to visa issues or strict national rules will be given the opportunity to present their accepted work through a video presentation.

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a submission from distribution after the conference, including exclusion from IEEE Xplore if the submission does not meet IEEE standards for scope and/or quality. Articles excluded from further distribution shall be archived by IEEE but shall not be indexed or appear on IEEE Xplore.

Accepted Papers

1. Do your revision and change it into the final template paper
   All final manuscripts must meet IEEE standards for scope and/or quality.
   Papers that are not revised according to reviewer input will not be submitted to IEEE Explore Publisher. The committee team will check whether the revisions that have been made or not.
   
2. Complete the electronic copyright form via EDAS
   IEEE is enforcing strict copyright rules. For your convenience, the copyright form is made available electronically through EDAS. To access the copyright form, select the icon in the copyright column within your paper record. Authors who are not authorized to sign a copyright transfer form, should download the paper version of a copyright transfer form, fill it in, and ask an authorized person to sign it.
   
   NO PAPER WILL BE PUBLISHED WITHOUT THE SUBMITTED COPYRIGHT FORM.
   
   
3. Upload your paper directly to “Final Manuscript”
   Select the upload icon. Submissions are limited to 6 pages, or if the submission is 7 pages, you may pay the $100 overlength fee at the time you upload the final manuscript.
4. Make your payment
   You can make payments with a Virtual Account:

5. Register for the conference
   After you have made for final manuscript and make payment, you can continue with final registration. Papers will be included in the proceedings only if at least one author has registered and paid the registration fee.

   In the case no registration has been received and correctly processed to cover the paper publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.
   
   NO PAPER WILL BE PUBLISHED WITHOUT THE AUTHOR’S COMPLETED REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT.
   
   
6. Manuscript Final Editing
   When the editor compiles the final manuscript, we can contact you if there is something that needs to be revised due to publication issues, for example: typos, margins, unclear images, incorrect captions, etc.
7. Prepare for your final presentation and video
   You may prepare for your final presentation. The template for the final presentation can be downloaded at : Template Presentation
   Please also prepare your video recording for your presentation with a duration of a maximum of 10 minutes. We can use this video recording as playback when something happens during a conference. However, one of the authors still must attend this conference even though they have video recordings.
   
   Please take note that IEEE has a strict policy on No-Show (Not presenting at the conference). Therefore, if your paper is accepted, one of the authors OR their representatives MUST PRESENT their paper at the conference. Papers with no-show participants without a valid reason will not be submitted to IEEExplore. NO REFUND of the paid fees may be claimed by the no-show author.

Important Copyright Notice for Web and Internet Posting

If authors wish to post their papers electronically on any website, any ftp site, or any other electronic dissemination technique, they must include the IEEE Copyright notice on the initial screen displaying the IEEE-copyrighted material.
