Template
The ICADEIS 2026 provides two official paper templates, each serving a different stage of the submission and publication process.
1. Submission Template (Double Blind Review)
For the initial paper submission, the conference applies a double-blind peer review process.
- Authors must not include their names or affiliations in the submission manuscript.
- The author section should remain in the template but be filled with “Anonymous Author(s)” or equivalent anonymized information.
- The paper title must not be removed and should reflect the final intended title of the manuscript.
- This template is used only for the review process.
Submissions must be uploaded to the EDAS system in PDF format, generated from the provided Word template.
The submission paper template can be downloaded here:
[Download Submission Template]
2. Final Paper Template (Post-Acceptance)
After a paper has been accepted, authors are required to prepare the final version using the official camera-ready template.
- The camera-ready manuscript must include full author names and affiliations.
- This version will be used for final proceedings production and submission to IEEE Xplore.
- The final manuscript must be prepared using Microsoft Word only and submitted in .doc or .docx format.
The camera-ready paper template can be downloaded here:

Editorial Policy
- The ICADEIS 2026 accepts manuscripts prepared in Microsoft Word only for consistency.
- To ensure formatting uniformity and to simplify the editorial and production process, LaTeX submissions are not supported at any stage.
- Authors are strongly encouraged to prepare their papers in Word from the beginning, even though the initial submission to EDAS is in PDF format.
- The final camera-ready paper must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
- The editorial team reserves the right to edit or adjust accepted papers for layout, formatting, and structural consistency, without altering the main scientific content of the manuscript.
- Authors are required to complete all requested revisions and ensure that the final manuscript fully complies with the provided templates and formatting rules.
- Papers that have been presented but not revised according to the editorial and reviewer requirements may be excluded from submission to IEEE Xplore.
General Author Guidelines (IEEE Conference Compliance Guidelines)
1. Reference and Citation Policy
All references and citations must follow the IEEE conference standard and be managed consistently throughout the manuscript.
- All citations and references must be managed using a reference management tool, such as Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote, or equivalent software.
- Manual referencing is not recommended and may result in desk rejection due to formatting inconsistency.
- Authors are strongly encouraged to include at least 15 references.
- Only references published in English are permitted. References published in local or non-English languages are not permitted in the reference list. The use of non-English references may negatively affect the review outcome or result in rejection.
- Authors are encouraged to cite recent and relevant literature, with most references preferably published within the last five years.
- High-quality references from reputable journals and conference proceedings indexed in Scopus or equivalent databases are strongly recommended.
2. Figures and Tables Policy
Figures and tables must be prepared carefully to meet publication-quality standards and IEEE formatting requirements.
- All figures, tables, captions, and labels must be written in English.
- Each figure and table must be clearly numbered and referenced in the text.
- Figures and tables must be clear, readable, and of high resolution to ensure publication quality.
- Figures and tables should follow the IEEE formatting style, including proper caption placement and font consistency.
3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Policy
The conference adopts a responsible and transparent approach to the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in manuscript preparation.
- The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, including large language models (e.g., ChatGPT or similar systems), is permitted only as a supportive tool for language editing, grammar checking, or improving readability.
- AI tools must not be listed as authors.
- AI tools must not be used to generate scientific content, experimental results, data analysis, or conclusions without substantial human oversight.
- Authors are fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, and integrity of the manuscript, including any content assisted by AI tools.
- The use of AI tools does not exempt authors from plagiarism, data fabrication, or other ethical violations.
4. Compliance Notice
Authors are expected to fully comply with all guidelines stated above to ensure eligibility for publication.
- Failure to comply with the above guidelines may result in rejection or exclusion from the final proceedings.
- Non-compliant papers may not be eligible for submission to IEEE Xplore, even if they have been accepted and presented at the conference.
